A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment if we have the item in stock. Otherwise, please confirm with us for order lead time.
Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union.We only accept Paypal and Western Union for payment amounts below USD400.
Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX for sample delivery and other logistic forwarders for sea shipment or air shipment. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is also available.
Q: What kind of customization can you offered?
A: 1. Bottle and Jar body can be customized as any color you want, you can choose it from the Pantone colorboard.
2. Beside the opaque color of the bottle body, we can do it with transparent, matte, glossy, frosted, gradient, and translucent color for you.
3. For the caps, you can choose to the same color with the bottle beside the white caps, Futhermore, we can do it with electroplating gold / silver / rose gold or aluminium coating for you.
4. LOGO printing is also available in here, just send us your artwork draft.

All of our packaging bottles, jars or related components are packed with export standard Carton. To save your cost at most degree, the bottle body or jar body and its components are packed separately.
